The Brooklyn Slur - Brooklyn Oenology

7:00pm to 9:00pm

The Slow Food NYC bi-monthly Happy Hour! It's fun, social, and informal. But it's also your opportunity to talk to the leadership of Slow Food NYC and let us know what you think. Got a great idea for an event? Looking for ways to get involved? Want to learn more about Slow Food? Just looking to have a relaxing drink with other "Slow" minded people? The Slur is your opportunity - free and open to everyone.

Founded in 2006, Brooklyn Oenology Winery crafts award-winning wines using New York State grapes, from Cabernet Franc to Riesling to Merlot. New York artists' work is showcased on each bottle's label, and the Tasting Room features a rotating exhibit of local artists' work.

Our Slur will be in the Tasting Room, where you can sample the BOE lineup, wines and beers from other New York producers, and local spirits (think bourbon, rye, and absinthe) by the taste, glass, or flight. Even better: If you taste something you like, every bottle is available for purchase to-go.

For our Slur, BOE will be offering a 10 percent discount on every to-go bottle. There's also a selection of local cheese, charcuterie, pates, and other snacks. We hope to see you there!

Location: Brooklyn Oenology - 209 Wythe Avenue, #106 (between N. 3rd St. and N. 4th St.); Williamsburg, Brooklyn
