The Manhattan Slur - El Quinto Pino

Monday, September 29, 2014 (
7:00pm to 9:00pm

It's the Slow Food NYC monthly Happy Hour! It's fun, social, and informal. But it's also your opportunity to talk to the leadership of Slow Food NYC and let us know what you think. Got a great idea for an event? Looking for ways to get involved? Want to learn more about Slow Food? Just looking to have a relaxing drink with other "Slow" minded people? The Slur is your opportunity — free and open to everyone.

El Quinto Pino is a multiregional Spanish tapas bar led by chefs and owners Alex Raij and Eder Montero. Their moon shaped marble bar and antique Spanish tile are the corner stones of one of New York's most romantic restaurants - a gathering place and the perfect spot for drinks along with traditional and signature tapas. Above all, they are inspired by the tapas lifestyle and the ability of the tapas tradition to bring people together. The food is rooted in tradition but has a true flair and the off-the-beaten-path wine list celebrates all regions of Spain.

For our Slur, El Quinto Pino will offer a discount on Spanish wines imported by Selections De La Vina and the importers will also be there to answer any questions you may have about the wine. We hope to see you there.

Location: El Quinto Pino - 401 West 24th Street (@ 9th Ave.); Manhattan
