SFNYC Book Club - "Keepers" by Caroline Campion and Kathy Brennan

Join Caroline Campion and Kathy Brennan, authors of Keepers, along with Slow Food NYC, at the Gotham West Market location of Brooklyn Kitchen for a cooking demonstration, Q&A, and book signing. This event is free and open to everyone.

Kathy Brennan is a freelance editor and writer. A winner of the Bert Greene and James Beard Journalism Awards, she was a long-time editor at Saveur, and also worked at Gourmet and Food Arts. Caroline Campion was a contributing editor at Glamour magazine and the creator of the award-winning food blog www.DevilAndEgg.com. She was also an editor at Good Housekeeping, GQ, and Saveur.

Keepers recently won a 2014 IACP Cookbook Award, and has been praised in the Boston Globe as "the best-value weeknight cookbook around." The book answers the question, "what should we make for dinner tonight?" with practical advice, years of personal experience, and 135 dependable, delicious recipes that help ease the stress of weeknight cooking. Keepers promises that healthful, quality weeknight dinners are possible for anyone, however busy we may be.
