Slow Food NYC and Beecher's Handmade Cheese are excited to have Gianaclis Caldwell, author of Mastering Artisan Cheese and co-owner of Pholia Farms Creamery, join us for a special event. Gianaclis will share her path to becoming a Cheesemaker while guests taste a selection of her cheeses and enjoy a drink pairing curated by our cheesemonger.

10% of the proceeds goes to Slow Food NYC. All attendees will receive a 10% discount to the Beecher's New York cafe following the event. 

*Copies of Mastering Artisan Cheese will be available for purchase
