It’s the Slow Food NYC happy hour! It’s fun, social, and informal. But it’s also your opportunity to talk to the leadership of Slow Food NYC and let them know what you think. The Slur is your opportunity. For our happy hour, Terre will offer a FREE glass of wine to each attendee. The Slur will be held in the back garden, weather permitting. Terre Pasta and Natural Wine is a neighborhood favorite from the owners of beloved Park Slope gelato shop L’Albero dei Gelati, which opened in Brooklyn in 2003. Terre focuses on homemade pasta that is made using flour from the “Greenmarket Regional Grains Project,” which was created to support the rebirth of Regional “Ancient Grain” production. The restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from sustainable farmers and small producers, and its wine list features more than 100 natural wines—all served by the glass!
