Every Eataly (both NYC locations and Chicago) is donating $5 for every dish of bucatini all’amatriciana sold in their restaurants to the Red Cross from September 1st to 30th.

Franny's is donating $3 for every Bucatini pasta dish and $2 for any glass of Le Coste wine from Lazio. Donations will be sent to the Italian Red Cross.

For every pasta amatriciana sold through the end of 2016, Tarallucci e Vino will donate $2 to the Italian Red Cross.
