To contribute to the relief efforts, every Eataly is donating $5 for every dish of bucatini all’amatriciana sold in their restaurants to the towns that were affected through the Red Cross from September 1 to 30.

Eataly is also proud to announce that they raised $43,000 at a fundraising dinner with Mario Batali and Daniel Boulud on September 16th, which will be donated to the Red Cross on behalf of the affected towns as well.
