We’re back! Join Slow Food NYC for our annual fundraiser, the “Slow Down,” a convivial evening of great food and drink at The Marshal, a restaurant recognized by the Slow Food NYC Snail of Approval program.
Dinner will include a delicious 3- course menu featuring locally sourced produce accompanied by Opici Wine. Attendees will select an appetizer, main course, and dessert with options including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

About The Marshal: Since opening nearly ten years ago in 2013, The Marshal has been reminding New Yorkers that they live in the heart of a thriving, productive, and award winning wine country by featuring only NY wineries on The Marshal wine list. Chef Charlie Marshall grew up in his parents' restaurant and on their farm on Lummi Island, in Puget Sound. The Marshal strives to emulate Chef Charlie's roots by creating approachable yet elevated farm-to-table cuisine.
